ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico:  DUB-L-EE Construction, the fastest-growing commercial construction and utility contractor in the state of New Mexico, is streamlining and modernizing its estimating and project management processes.  The company recently put money into HCSS’s HeavyBid software and is also on the verge of investing in HCSS’s HeavyJob software.  Both platforms are designed to increase efficiency, organization, and convenience and will greatly benefit DUB-L-EE’s team members, administration, and clients alike.

DUB-L-EE Construction was founded in 2012 by the father-son team, Eddie W. Saiz (Sr.) and Eddie J. Saiz (Jr.).  Since then, it has quickly established itself as the go-to New Mexico contractor for professionally licensed services, including new commercial construction, repairs, and utilities work.  DUB-L-EE’s current team includes more than 45 qualified and experienced crew members, and as the company continues to expand, Saiz Sr. and Jr. are on the constant lookout for ways to improve its operations.  Investing in top-of-the-line estimating and project management software seemed like a logical next step.

HeavyBid software is a construction estimating software platform used by more than 50,000 industry professionals for streamlining the estimating and proposal processes.  Work generated in HeavyBid can be exported directly to Microsoft Project, while financial information can be exported directly to DUB-L-EE’s Foundation accounting system.

HeavyJob is a construction project management platform used to improve communication, job costing, timecards, quantity tracking, safety reports, error minimization, change orders, and much more.  Within the next month, all DUB-L-EE project managers and supervisors (18 in total) will receive HeavyJob software training and iPads to use in the field.

“We look forward to seeing the productivity of both tools fully leveraged on every job from now on,” said Eddie J. Saiz (Jr.), adding that he expects clients as well as DUB-L-EE team members to notice the positive impact.
